In honor of this we’re celebrating the one act opera “Bon Appetit” by composer Lee Hoiby. The text of the opera is drawn directly from one of PBS’s The French Chef cooking shows in which the famous Julia Child creates Le Gateau au Chocolate l’Eminence Brune (a chocolate cake).
