Description Hide Description- Show Description+

The Violetta Valéry Bracelet is inspired by the unforgettable character from La Traviata by Verdi. This symbolic piece makes a meaningful gift for opera lovers.

Consumed by a life of pleasure and reaching the end of her days the beautiful but fragile courtesan opens herself to the possibility of true love and all the joy and pain it entails.

Glass pearls, hearts and flowers reflect Violetta's delicacy, while hints of purple symbolize her name. A camellia charm signifies the flower she gives Alfredo at the beginning of their love affair and a cameo is the portrait that she gives him to remember her by upon her death. A large heart with purple crystals represents "love" which is engraved on the back in English, French (the setting of the opera) and Italian (the language of the opera).

All "Inspired By..." Series Bracelets come with a card that identifies the symbolism of the charms and colors used.

Like summer sunshine through organza - soft, romantic, beautiful. Instantly transports me to the country garden setting of the Greta Garbo "Camille" movie. Lush and lovely!
