Description Hide Description- Show Description+

The Violetta Valéry Bracelet is inspired by the unforgettable character from La Traviata by Verdi. This symbolic piece makes a meaningful gift for opera lovers.

Consumed by a life of pleasure and reaching the end of her days the beautiful but fragile courtesan opens herself to the possibility of true love and all the joy and pain it entails.

Glass pearls, hearts and flowers reflect Violetta's delicacy, while hints of purple symbolize her name. A camellia charm signifies the flower she gives Alfredo at the beginning of their love affair and a cameo is the portrait that she gives him to remember her by upon her death. A large heart with purple crystals represents "love" which is engraved on the back in English, French (the setting of the opera) and Italian (the language of the opera).

All "Inspired By..." Series Bracelets come with a card that identifies the symbolism of the charms and colors used.

Just saw the opera La Traviata on March 11th. I think the bracelet beautifully reflects Violetta. Just love wearing it.

    EXQUISITE

The Violetta Valery bracelet was a Valentine's Day gift--to me from me ;) It arrived within 3 days of placing the order and was very carefully packaged. The presentation was extra-special, with unexpected little treats tucked inside the shipping box...such a lovely touch. The bracelet itself is exactly as pictured--delicate, ethereal and quintessentially feminine. Ms. Battisti clearly takes great care in the designing and crafting of each bracelet. I'm proud to call this one mine.
